Results of development of intelligent vibration sensors and specialized devices for diagnosing and nondestructive testing of the technical condition of units and components of power equipment are presented. Intelligent vibration displacement and vibration velocity sensors, consisting of the primary and functional transducers, were developed. They provide automatic compensation for the impact of temperature and nonlinearity of the sensor amplitude-frequency characteristics, automatic setting up of the amplitude measurement range, monitoring vibration parameters in the set frequency bands and automatic checking of correct functioning. Eddy current devices for detecting cracks in the parts of threaded connections and heat fl utes of rotors were designed. The developed intelligent sensors and devices are used for monitoring vibration of powerful turbosets and detecting cracks in threaded elements. 4 Ref., 1Table, 4 Fig.
