The absence of an objective quantitative estimate of the conditions of impact-abrasive wear is noted. It is proposed to use the dynamism coefficient (Kd) as the criterion of the intensity of impact-abrasive wear. The applicability of Kd criterion has been verified for the case of development of PL-Np-160Kh12G5 flux-cored strip for restoration of the plates of jaw crushers.
Keywords: impact-abrasive wear, coefficient of dynamism, relative wear resistance, regressional dependence, alloying element, deposited metal, flux-cored strip
