Effect of method of wear-resistant surfacing on the distribution of a strengthening phase in deposited metal

Abstract
Peculiarities of effect of the method of surfacing on distribution of a strengthening phase in height of the deposited metal depending on endogeneous or exogeneous nature of its formation are considered. It was established experimentally that the application of surfacing with a dead filler "levels" the distribution of strengthening phases and stabilizes the characteristics of wear resistance and microhardness of the deposited metal.
