Комп’ютерне моделювання структурних перетворень в сплавах з ефектом пам’яті форми

Проведено комп’ютерне 3D моделювання медичних стентів, виконаних з матеріалів з пам’яттю форми, проаналізовано кінетику структурних перетворень в процесі γ↔α′-перетворень, досліджено їх вплив на напружено-деформований стан. Проведені розрахунки для сплавів з пам’яттю форми — нитинола (NiTi) і Cu–Zn–Al, які застосовуються в медичній промисловості. Запропоновано математичну модель для опису ефектів пам’яті форми і гіперпружності. Проведено чисельне моделювання структурних перетворень, напружено-деформованого стану стента, ефектів пам’яті форми і гіперпружності шляхом використання розрахункового мультіфізичного пакета COMSOL Multiphysics. Встановлено особливості утворення мартенситу в стенті в процесі деформування. Бібліогр. 12, табл. 2, рис. 10.
