Abstract
The paper presents some recent developments in the field of
non-destructive testing, promising directions of NDT as a basis
for technical diagnostics of metal structures which have been in
service for a long time, new technological capabilities in
computerisation of the NDT process. The role of Ukrainian Society
of NDT and Technical Diagnostics is shown.
