Type of Licensing for the Use of Copyrighted Works
License Terms: Authors retain copyright while granting the journal “Electrometallurgy Today” the right to publish and disseminate original scientific articles containing the results of both experimental and theoretical research, provided that such manuscripts are not under consideration by other publications. All materials are distributed under the terms of the
Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY).
Submission of materials by the author for publication in the Licensee’s journals shall be deemed as confirmation of acceptance of the terms of the Agreement set forth below.
Under this Agreement, the author warrants that the submitted material:
- does not infringe upon the copyright of third parties or organizations;
- has not been previously published in other editions and is not under consideration by other journals.
- The rights granted by the author to the publisher of the journal “Electrometallurgy Today” include:
- publication of the article in Ukrainian or English, as well as its distribution in both print and electronic formats;
- translation of the article into English (where necessary for materials submitted in Ukrainian), followed by distribution of the translated version in print and electronic formats;
- dissemination of the electronic version of the article through any digital channels (including, but not limited to, publication on the journal’s official website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.);
- publication of the English-language version of the article in other journals of the publisher, with subsequent distribution in both print and electronic formats.
- The author retains the right, without obtaining approval from the founder, editorial board, or publisher, to:
- use the materials of the article, in whole or in part, for educational purposes;
- use the materials of the article, in whole or in part, in the preparation of their own dissertations;
- use the materials of the article for the preparation of abstracts, conference papers, and oral presentations.
In all cases, it is mandatory to provide a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic version published on the official website of the journal.
