Influence of TiN and ZrO2 on phase transformations IN BaO–ZrO2 (TIN) binary systems

Abstract
Phase transformation temperatures at heating mixtures of powders of BaO–ZrO2(TiN) binary systems to 1000 °C were
studied for the case of graphitized cored electrodes. The temperatures of phase transformations in the obtained mixtures
are established. The possibility of formation of BaZrO3, having a sufficiently high melting point (2620 °C) is shown.
