Article Processing Charges Policy

The Journal operates under an open access (“diamond”) model, providing free and unrestricted access to all published materials for both authors and readers. Authors retain full copyright without restrictions, granting the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC) license, which allows others to read, download, copy, distribute, and adapt the article’s content provided that the author and the Journal are properly cited. All content of the Journal is freely and openly accessible to all users and institutions.

The Journal’s publisher does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the editorial and publishing process; publication of articles in the Journal is free of charge. The publisher does not charge fees for submission, processing, peer review, publication, or access to published materials.

Students pursuing a third-level higher education degree under the state-funded program are exempt from any costs associated with the preparation, review, and/or publication of articles, provided they submit scientific works completed independently (without co-authors).

The publication and operation of the Journal are funded by revenue from advertising and subscriptions to the print (paper) version of the Journal, which are voluntary and do not affect free online access to the journal’s articles in electronic format. The “diamond” access model does not require a subscription to the print version of the journal. The publisher does not aim to generate profit from subscriptions to the print (paper) version of the Journal.
