Abstract
Results of evacuation of the UL-132 commercial installation large-sized vacuum chamber of 20 m3 volume without application and with application of a system for freezing out water vapors are presented. It is found that time for evacuation of the vacuum chamber down to vacuum 2.66×10–4 Pa (2×10–4 mm Hg) in case of freezing out of water vapors reduces 2 times (from 40 to 20 min).
