Abstract
Compositions and structures of deposited metal produced using
consumables of different alloying systems were analysed.
Performance of the deposited metal under conditions of
impact-abrasive wear was evaluated. Composition of a new
flux-cored wire ensuring high wear resistance of rotary crusher
beaters is suggested.
Keywords: surfacing, wire, alloy, wear
