Abstract
Dependence of electrical and mechanical characteristics of electroacoustic transducers used for ultrasonic welding thermoplastic composite materials on the material of passive elements and position of a piezolayer in the antinode-node system is considered. Comparative analysis is presented for two types of transducers and practical recommendations on optimizing their design are given.
