Abstract
The
method of isoperibolic calorimetry was used for evaluating the energy state
(heat capacity, enthalpy of slag formation) of slags of MnO-SiO
2-Me
xO
y (CaO,
Al
2O
3, TiO
2) and welding fluxes of AN-348A, AN-60, ANTs-1, AN-26S, AN-47,
AN-67A grades at 1923K. Proceeding from the experimental data on heat of
mixing the values of activity of oxides of manganese and silicon in the
MnO-SiO
2 system and also in slags on this base were determined.
