Causal factors and errors affecting the reliability of assessment of thermophysical and geometric parameters of defects of industrial facilities and products

In order to improve the assessment reliability of defects thermophysical and geometric parameters of industrial objects
and products in the process of IR thermography testing, an analysis of causal factors and errors that affect the results of
the thermography procedure was carried out. The classes and the influence of the main uncertainties on the parameters of
thermography are defined. 7 Ref., 3 Fig.
