Ультразвуковий контроль стикових зварних з’єднань поліетиленових труб

НТУУ «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» співробітник ТОВ «НВФ Діагностичні прилади»Для транспортування технологічних рідин, газів, води використовуються металеві трубопроводів Класичні сталеві труби з’єднані зварюванням мають обмежений термін експлуатації з-за недоліків: ● старіння металу; ● корозії; ● накопичення забруднень; ● складності монтажу та ремонту. Альтернатива сталевим трубами — труби з поліетилену високої щільності (ПВЩ), що має численні переваги — відсутність корозії, стійкість до перепадів температур і замерзання, мала вага і швидкість зварювання. Метою дослідження є порівняння класичних підходів до контролю якості зварних з’єднань сталевих труб з наявними вимогами до труб з ПВЩ, з’ясувати можливість використання і адаптації ультразвукових методів неруйнівного контролю до контролю труб з ПВЩ.
